A weekend appointment would be much helpful for us.
The sales rep was very polite. However, I would have preferred that he say he did not want to do the job than give me some outrageous price. His price was more for one room than the other quotes I received for almost my entire house. $3750 to remove the wallpaper and paint the master bedroom is utterly ridiculous. Thank you but not thank you.

Never was even emailed the quote. Went with Feldco on the same day that they came out two (2) days later.
I waited on Saturday for the designated time from 11:30 to 1:00. No one showed up or called. When I called the office at 1:00, Angie told me that the computer said that the appointment was “cancelled by customer.”Obviously that was not the case. I was considering a basement remodel with a large budget. If this is how your company conducts business, I want no part of it and will make sure anyone I know that is considering a home project does not use this service.
No, your prices are too high for my budget. I have had the work done in all the areas I secured quotes, and the prices were just extremely high with your company.
I scheduled an estimate appointment on 7/21 and no one showed up. They did attempt to show up on 7/24 and I told them not to come. I signed a contract for my project with a vendor that did show up on the right day for the estimate.

You are unprofessional people. I asked for quote for pella windows, no reply. I guess you want to sell what brings you more money and also I was told 5 years warranty on installation but on the quote I was 1-2 years. Who wants to do business with company like yours. And your salesman joe with no salesman skills.
