Getting specs of products quoted so that we may compare quotes and get association approval to proceed with our project. Had to reach out twice after receiving proposal. When I finally reached someone, I was initially told that I could get them myself from the Quaker website until I pushed back.

A ridiculous estimate. I didn't pay that much for my graduate degree and all I was trying to do was replace a fence. If you didn't want the job or it was too small, you should have said so. I would have preferred the honesty. I'll never work with this company.

Priced way too high.......
Thye made an appointment and never showed and gave some lame reason for this. So of course I would never use them and actually had the work done by a company which gave a timely response.
I haven’t received an estimate what it’s cost to do the fencing to my back yard. Still waiting.
I did not get a follow up call or the estimate as promised.

The sales rep was very polite. However, I would have preferred that he say he did not want to do the job than give me some outrageous price. His price was more for one room than the other quotes I received for almost my entire house. $3750 to remove the wallpaper and paint the master bedroom is utterly ridiculous. Thank you but not thank you.

Never was even emailed the quote. Went with Feldco on the same day that they came out two (2) days later.
I waited on Saturday for the designated time from 11:30 to 1:00. No one showed up or called. When I called the office at 1:00, Angie told me that the computer said that the appointment was “cancelled by customer.”Obviously that was not the case. I was considering a basement remodel with a large budget. If this is how your company conducts business, I want no part of it and will make sure anyone I know that is considering a home project does not use this service.
No, your prices are too high for my budget. I have had the work done in all the areas I secured quotes, and the prices were just extremely high with your company.
I scheduled an estimate appointment on 7/21 and no one showed up. They did attempt to show up on 7/24 and I told them not to come. I signed a contract for my project with a vendor that did show up on the right day for the estimate.
Straight forward, no pressure. Good assessment of problem.

The appointment time and coordination was off by 2.5 hours. Both spouses having to be present to generate an estimate. No COVID protocols.
