Two different stories created. Sales girls statement and estimator comments and his behavior was very unnecessary. He tried to update and close with unprofessional attitude and comments.

You charged too, too much for fencing. You charged more then long fencing. They did my entire yard for less then you are charging for just one strip of fencing. You're a rip off.

I went and got 4 prices for the work and your company was$8000 dollars more than the highest appraisal.
