We our very pleased with Allied Restoration for your outstanding quite response to our request for service. Eric arrived on time and evaluated the foundation around the HVAC system area. He was very professional and well knowledge in his profession explaining his outcome. Please commend very nice lady that contacted us regarding to set up appointment. Commend Eric for his outstanding skills. Both had excellent communications skills. We will highly recommend Allied Restoration to our family and friends and neighbors. Thank you!

The proposed cost to remove leaves and other tree debris was out of line compared to another company. Clearly, this task is not the kind of work you desire to accomplish.
Did not respond to follow up on estimate. Seemed to have little interest in the job. Also, Estimator would not get on roof, where problem was located. Did not seem to have an underrstanding of what the problem was or how to fix it.

The workers you send don’t understand English and don’t do a thorough job. The project manager leaves the sight and does not check the quality of the work, thus leaving me to play the role of project manager trying to explain in English and broken Spanish the areas they missed, etc. I understand the cheap labor business model, but the project manager needs to remain on sight to make sure they do the job right. I didn’t want to pay to get the same result of crumbling concrete at the onset that I received from the previous contractor. It’s a shame Mathew the guy I initially dealt with was not on your payroll to ensure the job was done as he stated it would be done.
I like that I was about to walk the showroom of products and have hands-on experience. It helped me to make my choices easier.

I don't have anything to rate. The project manager only spent about 15 minutes in my home. When he finished evaluating the project, he discussed the estimate while he was walking out the door. I haven't heard a word from the Project Manager in regards to the estimate for my project. He said he would send me the estimate within a day, I know it was a short week but he has my email address he could have sent me a notification to let me know my estimated would be delayed due to the holiday.
So once I have something to rate I will provide another rating. I also work in a customer service role and I know customer satisfaction feedback is very important and it should be your highest priority.
Quality product and installation team was great. On time and professional.

You're estimate for 88ft. 4ft black chain link fence was over $10,000.!!!!!! No gates!
Another estimate was $2090. A third was under $2000.
Who would you use?
Your pricing was over $1000 higher than another vendor who uses the same company to make windows. Took a LONG time to get a response. Rep did not seem to understand what we were asking him to quote. I ended up just sending the details from a different company. Sad b/c you guys can heavily referred to me.
Communication, understood I needed answers right a way,, made things clear about price and the work to be done.
