Please note working out the details but this is my first and last time sun-contractors are not honest people I walked with the contractors and explained to him what to do per-contract agreement he fail to do then tried to get my best friend who is mentally challenged to sign off on a form of completion when my best friend let me know late I’m upset and the rest of the work is pending the manager that came out to do the contract was very professional and honest the workers are not when I o effectively communicated with the worker and explain what needed to be done and walked him to the areas that needed to be done this is the worst ever and he didn’t put any installation in the ceiling and wasn’t wearing any masks when I wasn’t here but trying to manipulate my friend with special needs and not completing the work as stated In the said contract 2-3 days fail to complete the work and to do short cuts not a good experience never again.
Based on the fact that the estimate was double what we expected, we need to get estimates from other places. Had the estimate been what we expected, we were willing to NOT shop other window retailers.
We're not sure yet on how we will proceed, but we are not ruling out doing some of our windows with you.

Haven't heard from person about estimate for proposed work.
The estimate was quite high. Had I known Beltway Builders were 410asphalt, I would never had called. I had a very bad experience with your company. I had my bathroom remodeled starting in August, 2016 and they were here for about 6 weeks or longer. They didn't give me a new shower door and if I wanted a top for my cabinet they told me to go to there office and I could pick something out in there junk pile. I was stupid to do that. There were many other things that happened. I have friends who had their bathrooms remodeled and they are beautiful and less expensive. I will never recommed your company.
We like most the personal touch exhibited by everyone at Woodland, from sales to service to installation to follow-up afterward; it's quality at every stage of the project. The end result is total satisfaction!
Your project manager David Collins was rude and unprofessional. The advice that was given for my patio sliding door was to place a stick in the door. He made a rude comment about the furniture. So I will not be using your company for any projects in the near future.

What I wanted was 3 sets of 2 windows each, total 6 windows. Apparently an oversight?
