Quality in product and personnel

Real Seal was professional from the first estimate visit through the final cleanup. We got multiple estimates before deciding to go with Real Seal and we're glad we did! Rob was friendly, thorough, and transparent about the work we really needed done and how much it would cost. And the work was done beautifully!

The workers were timely & efficient. The job was well done & looked brand new. They also did a good job of cleaning up the area.

Three men from Royal Covers arrived at our site in Mesa Spirit at 8:00 AM and proceeded to disassemble the existing awning and load it on their trailer. Very efficient and capable.
They worked very well in tandem with one another and within an hour and a half, the old awning was disassembled. At no time did the process of installing our new awning halt due to a work break or indecision, and within three hours our new awning was installed perfectly as planned and approved by myself.
After the new awning was installed they proceeded to completely clean the worksite and caulk the connection between the roof of our unit and the new awning.
We are very happy with the installation and highly recommend Royal Covers.

I think they are a little more expensive than some others, but I feel like it was worth it for what I got. I love my sliding glass door! They followed through with all of the steps and was even early on the delivery/install of it. It looks beautiful, functions as expected. The installer was friendly and professional. A city inspector stopped by a few days after to look at the work and even he was impressed. He said it was a beautiful job and he wished all of his inspections were that quick and easy!

Thorough, technically savvy, good listeners

The team leader, Slade, was very good at keeping us informed and did good job of cleanup with one exception. Tire track impression still show on our concrete now that it has dried. We would like it to be fully cleaned off.
Slade was helpful at answering questions and respectful of our instructions where to move equipment.
This is the 4th leveling project Childers has performed in last 20 years at our home. We are thankful they have all been with people who were good at their work. Thank you
