I was extremely impressed with the professionalism that everyone from the sales person to the technician that came out to the house. Carlos, the person who dug down to the footing of the foundation came upon a half dozen boulders that had to be broken and removed in order to reach the foundation footing. During the job he explained the process and showed me the patch that went on the crack. What really was impressive, is that he hauled away the boulders when he left. I also appreciated the sales person who followed up with me after the job was completed. I should mention that I had U.S. Waterproofing out twice to repair the crack and they were unable to stop the leakage. I highly recommend Real Seal.

My salesman's name was John he was very professional,well knowledge and answered all my questions and concerns with a smile.
He was also very prompt on getting me back the quote for the polyjacking and additional seam/form line sealing. My sunken back patio concrete was raised to above my expectations super job. George and Omar were also very good at their job sealing all the areas to prevent further water from getting in any wide gaps. I would definitely recommend Real Seal to family members friends and coworkers!!

Quality and professionalism

I was impressed from the first visit from the Royal Covers Representative. He arrived on time and prepared with product and color samples. He took measurements and was able to provide me with a complete estimate during the visit, after which I was able to go ahead and place my order on the spot. No waiting for someone to get back to me later. When it was time for installation, the construction team arrived promptly, was friendly, kept me informed and worked efficiently. They were done with construction before my pool pump came on at 8:50am. They also did a thorough clean-up afterwards. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Use them with confidence!

We chose Edco steel siding which has a lifetime limited warranty. 20 year fade protection and warranty is transferrable to new owner. We chose the color Canyon with wicker trim. It looks beautiful. We also chose rain gutters in white and white Larson screen doors. We are happy with our new looking home. All the McVay workers were so accomodating and hard workers. The weather was so hot some days and fires in the area created some smoke. We made sure they new we did not expect them to work in such smokey conditions and they did go home early one day when it really was too much. Thank you McVay we really appreciate you all from sales, schefulets and all the workers esp. brothers Kieth and Kevin. They work really good together, were organized and cleaned up pretty well. Not easy when you dealing with steel. screws and nails.
