The service and response times are amazing. Very friendly, yet, professional. My door install went amazingly well and they completely cleaned up at completion. We called on Real Seal to solve a problem with seepage in our basement. They worked with us to get us onto the schedule as quickly as possible. Dan Mastrolonardo came and used his years of experience to locate the proximity of the leak and a team came to fix the leak soon after. Jorge and Jose went right to work and located the exact spot of the foundation crack and used proven materials to make the repair. They made sure to cause as little mess as possible and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done.

Real Seal quoted the job against a couple of competitors and not only did they offer the best combination of experience and technology, they had the best price and worked harder to get our job done sooner rather than later.

John the concrete tech and his coworker did a very good job on our concrete slab outside our sliding glass door in the backyard. They took their time and explained each step. All we wanted them to do is raise up one side about an inch to have the rain flow away from the house. It worked the rain came 3 days later for the test everything flowed good. Thank you so much great job!

Rob was super nice and professional even when I must’ve given the wrong address. He was so patient. He gave me a fair quote that was affordable enough that I didn’t hesitate to hire Real Seal. Then, Carlos who came to fill it in was super knowledgeable and skillfully fixed my basement wall cracks quickly and securely.

Such a polite and professional crew. Dillon was terrific on the sales presentation. Lukas was terrific and made sure my back door could open when they were done levelling my cabin and made sure I understood what they did and that I was satisfied. The whole experience was great and I am so happy that Childers was there to do this type of work!
