I really appreciated the initial meeting with Jim to understand the source of the leak, the options, and ultimately what he recommended. Scheduling was easy and it was great that Real Seal reached out multiple times to offer earlier appointments as they became available. Then for the actual appointment, Jose was very professional and proficient.

George L. and George M. did a great job in repairing my basement wall. They were very professional and courteous. George explained everything they were going to do. I would highly recommend George L. and George M.

I was not happy, however, with Dan, the salesman. When he gave me the estimate, we discussed in detail the work that had to be done before the repair job was started. He said that the men were going to have to remove some 2x4s that were against the wall in order to repair it. That was fine and I completely understood that. We also discussed IN DETAIL the things that were against the wall, such as the cabinet, the work bench and 3 other pieces that had to be removed. He said the men would destroy the items and take them outside to their truck for disposal. I was charged about $650 extra for this work. As it turned out, the men were told to only remove the 2x4s, (which were 7), cabinet and work bench. I talked to Dan on the phone and he said if I wanted anything else removed, it would be an extra charge. I then discovered that Dan only included the 2x4s and 2 items in the contract so I paid about $650 to remove 7 2x4s and 2 items.

Also, George discovered another crack in my wall that Dan missed during his inspection. That added another $750 to the price of the job!.

Rob, Jose, Tomas and crew were knowledgeable and informative. They patiently answered my questions and kept me informed throughout the process of the installation of an egress window. Jose, Tomas and crew were efficient and hard working completing an exceptional job. Rob followed up reviewing the completed job. I could not have asked for a better experience. This was the third time I used RealSeal for my foundation and sump pump issues.
