Finally, we are very satisfied. Took 3 trips from the crews to finally get it right. Wasn't very happy with the first crew but the next 2 crews replaced and/or repaired all that was wrong. Ryan the designer is amazing. He can always see my vision even when I can’t explain it well. He’s designed 2 of my projects now and they’re both exactly what I hoped for. The prices are always amazing as well. The crew that comes out and does the build are fantastic as well. Very friendly and get the job done quickly while still making sure every detail is exactly right. They even clean up when they’re finished. I highly recommend Royal covers!

The McVay Brothers were great to work with on my project that involved replacing 12 windows and a sliding glass door. They came out and (very patiently) talked with me about the types of windows that could be used in my project, measured and sent several estimates since I wasn't completely sure of the scope of my project. When the windows arrived, they were good about scheduling, and when the truck got stuck in my driveway on what seems like the only snowy day we had this year, they backed down and came back the next day without complaint!
The installation went well and the windows look and operate great! On top of that, I received a check from Avista through the Energy Efficiency Rebate program because the new windows have a better U factor than the old ones did. I had to submit the application, but the McVay brothers gave me all the information I needed to do that. All in all, I am a very satisfied customer!

Installers were not only friendly, but very efficient what they did my wife and I are very pleased with the entire operation. I highly recommend them.

Everyone I come in contact with McVay is always very courteous. The installers have always been careful and clean up after the job. Thank you.

The guys were quick, professional, and friendly. A crew from Amarillo had to come because the Lubbock crew got hung up on a job. This meant they got a late start at 9:30am. I expected them to take at least til 5pm but they finished at 3. They also found a cracked drain pipe so I was able to get a plumber out that day to look at it. There's no telling how long that pipe had been leaking and how much damage it would have caused in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are a little more expensive than other companies but they are worth everything penny. They use concrete instead of wood. My mother had her house levelled by a cheaper company who used wood and she had to have it done 10 years later. Or rather, my sister had to have it done because she bought my mom's house. She used Childers and has been extremely happy with their work too. They come back out a few months later to make sure the work has held up as expected and there are no other issues. That's a serious plus in my book. I have no regrets hiring them.They also have a payment plan. It is important to take care of this. At some point, a house can become dangerous to live in if not taken care of. It's best to take care of it as soon as possible. I didn't even know levelling a house was a thing until my sister had her's done. I'm glad I did this.
