Most companies have workable products at various price points. The issue is that you get what you pay for. Less expensive products typically have shorter life spans because of reduced material integrity, quality control, warranty, etc. Thus a more appealing price point.
The cedar and aluma products, at Royal Covers, according to what I have been told and read, appear to have the same structural integrity, look and warranty, but at a more reasonable price point. We'll see!

The other difference is the quality and integrity of the people you deal with. So far the two gentlemen I am working with at Royal Covers appear to be customer oriented and honest. Salesmanship is present, but in a collaborative way. Very different than others from competitive companies that I have recently spoken with.
I look forward to moving ahead with Royal Covers.

We have worked with Real Seal on multiple projects on our home. They offer top-notch service, responsiveness, follow-through, and most importantly, great work. We had them polyjack some of our sidewalks, replace a couple of areas of sidewalk, and seal a leaky side of our home, and we are so pleased with how it turned out. Real Seal is our go-to for all foundation/flood mitigation needs, and I have recommended their services to others countless times. They are the best!

Greg, sales, did a great job determining what work was needed. All communications were helpful. Juan & his team did a great job performing the work checking if my wife or I had any questions. They protected our wood floors upstairs and basement flooring. They cleaned up when they were done. Very friendly & helpful.

From the start David and his team were professional, transparent, and beyond helpful. I had just purchased a new home and knew I needed to take care of the cracks in my basement immediately. However, I hadn't had a great experience yet while trying to get estimates. With the other companies leaning into fear tactics to flat out comments of this decision being too "overwhelming for a gal" to pushing a message of me being too naive to understand the situation; and that I should just move forward with their well overpriced quotes as I'm jeopardize my home.

Please know The Real Seal and their team is nothing like that. No one ever treated me less than or naive. David took to heart my request of just communication, transparency and most importantly an itemized estimate so I could do my due diligence to make the right decision. He also assisted with providing a few other estimates for items I wanted to get done but that wasn't urgent. I ended up not only getting the cracks sealed but also my window wells cleaned out, new rock down, resealed and heavy duty window well coverages put on.

Besides the sales and service teams, the actual crew was AMAZING! I can express how impressed I was with their work ethics, communication and the overall level of their work. Two new neighbors (one I hadn't even met yet from a street over) stopped by my house to get the company's information after seeing how hard they were working. I've also gotten a bit of a reputation already in the neighborhood of vetting my vendors and having outstanding results. I gave the contact to both of them and shared final photos.

I'll be referring this company to anyone needing this type of service. They really went above and beyond from start to finish. I can't recommend them enough!

Real Seal did a great job on the waterproofing of our basement. George led the crew. They arrived time, started work immediately and finished the next day ahead of schedule. They installed a new sump pum0 system, drain tiles and lined a of the walls. They thoroughly cleaned everything and left the basement looking like new. Highly recommend.
