We are so glad we purchased our pergola through Royal Covers. The Alumawood product is great and their installation team was knowledgeable, efficient and conscientious. The pergola was delivered and installed on the timeline originally outlined to us when we placed our order. We appreciated Royal Covers showroom to make choices during the order process. Really helpful. The availability of the office staff was tremendous. Overall great company to work with.

I have used Rescon for 3 different areas I have had problems and never have problem again when they fix the area it came in from. Very pleased and do recommend them to everyone in my development that says they have a problem.

We were impressed with the options that gave us for shading our backyard. They even gave us an option that we didnt even think about!

Larry (Laurenzo) came out first and gave us great ideas and a cost estimate.

Ryan came out to do measurements, and gave us another option. He had a drawing made up with all the options and price options. We actually loved his idea of AlumaWood structure! The shade pulldowns are great too!

The guys that did the job were on time, clean, answered any questions.

The project manager Beth was fantastic throughout the entire process. And the crew that did the work was outstanding. The actual system is working great, I have a dry basement now!

The employess were all professional, kind and proficient. They were avaliable for questions every step of the way, and kept me up to date. While on site, the crew was friendly and tidy, making sure to clean up after themselves as they went. While I will admit the price tag did hurt my heart, in the end it was worth it to make sure the job was done right the first time.
