There were permit issues with my city, however, The Real Seal kept in contact with me to let me know what was happening and working towards getting the job rescheduled to accomodate these delays. The individuals who came into my house were polite and made sure things were kept as clean as possible. The work was completed in a timely manner and if there were any questions for me about what was going on they would come to me and show me what they were doing and how it would work. I would definitely use this company again if I ever needed the services they offer.

The workmanship was excellent. Our new glassblock windows look great. Everything was cleaned up after they finished and left our basement in good order. We are very pleased with the results and would use Real Seal again and will recommend them to friends.

The attention to detail

The initial visit from Jim was detailed, came in time and had the estimate to me within 24 hours. Carlos who did the work, was on time, throughly with the process and explained what he did.

The crew did professional job. So far product is done what they’re supposed to.

Ryan was incredible to work with. We had a short window of time. He was able to accomodate us well and was extremely communicative throughout which was extremely helpful in planning the overall project and the many moving parts. In addition, the pergola looks incredible and fits the asthetics of the original buildings very well.

Paul Bartczak was great at reviewing and recommending realistic approached to help with the water leakage issue and the team was great in its execution. We will keep an eye out for issues moving forward and see if it has worked out.

Paul was great. He did a thorough job determining the work that needed to be done. He explained in detail what he recommended. Omar replaced both sump pumps and put in battery backups. Very pleased with the work he did. The girls in the office were very nice and helpful. Would go to them again if I need any other work done.

The entire process was very professional and easy. The home visit and estimate was very thorough with professional drawings for submission to my HOA. Once approved the materials were ordered with an estimated install date of 4 weeks, but they actually exceeded that by a week. Caleb and his install crew were very professional and efficient- it’s obvious they knew exactly what they were doing with no surprises. I am very satisfied with the quality and look of my two pergolas and would highly recommend Royal Covers of Arizona.
