I like that all of your employees speak English! They all were very respectful and worked hard. Slade is a wonderful team leader/ supervisor. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions.

My only regret is that they were not able to level my stairs. Slade felt if he raised the area more it would cause structural damage.

Please thank Slade and the other two employees that were with him. I really appreciate how hard they tried to get things leveled.

Regarding Poly-jacking services for my old Patio. First rate quality workmanship. They also stand behind their work. They addressed some slight movement in my concrete slab sections and “stabilized” them after their initial work almost 2 years ago. I had them clean and recaulk some joints.

Initially, Greg Johnson came to the house and we had an informative, worthwhile consultation.
Then, Jorge came out to do the work - efficiently & professionally. I was most impressed with his openness in answering questions and easy going manner that nothing was difficult. It was a 90° am, but he was positive & did a skillful job.

John, the job technician from Real Seal, truly deserved a five-star for his professional job in leveling the sunken concrete slabs in the sidewalk to my house by about 5 inches at one end, back to its original height. He raised the concrete slabs, filled the void with an industrial foam to stabilize the slabs with a smooth gradient; he also raised the corner of another slab in the driveway bordering the sidewalk so that no one would trip on it. Now my sidewalk is back to its original good shape/height. John also explained his job procedure clearly. He is very pleasant and easy to talk to, with a great smile and confidence in his job.

your maintenance man (Carlos) was great. he did a fantastic job. was friendly and answered all questions. the cost seamed too high but the pump was needed. the old battery and it's pump, which still worked was donated to habitat restore in our town.

From start to finish this company was very professional. I absolutely love my patio cover!!!
