We chose Edco steel siding which has a lifetime limited warranty. 20 year fade protection and warranty is transferrable to new owner. We chose the color Canyon with wicker trim. It looks beautiful. We also chose rain gutters in white and white Larson screen doors. We are happy with our new looking home. All the McVay workers were so accomodating and hard workers. The weather was so hot some days and fires in the area created some smoke. We made sure they new we did not expect them to work in such smokey conditions and they did go home early one day when it really was too much. Thank you McVay we really appreciate you all from sales, schefulets and all the workers esp. brothers Kieth and Kevin. They work really good together, were organized and cleaned up pretty well. Not easy when you dealing with steel. screws and nails.

From the very beginning everyone we dealt with were very professional, friendly, respectful and kind. We were able to ask questions and not feel they were stupid questions. LOL
Every procedure was explained in detail.
The crew that came out to do the work was the same way. There was two of us ladies that went out to location almost everyday and the crew was very respectful. I felt safe and comfortable to go alone and check in with them. When they were finished the location was left clean and organized.
We would not hesitate to use them again.

Rob Krincic was great. Very knowledgeable, took the time to answer all our questions about the project, explain how the process works, and to help us think through our options regarding a "thoughtful" demolition of our finished basement walls. He also checked in on us throughout the process from start to finish.
The work itself looks to have be done well. Jesus kept us informed throughout the process on how things were going. He also wanted to do a final walkthrough when it was done to see if we had any questions or comments.
There was only one small disappointment/frustration with the project. I had asked (insisted) a few times with both Rob and Jesus, that our basement staircase be covered well since it had just been newly carpeted (literally less than 2 months old). Unfortunately, I noticed throughout the project that although a tarp was put down, the tarp was not secure, and it did not cover the entire staircase. There is definitely now dirt stains on our new light grey Berber rug. Much of the dirt stain came out with a vacuum and I hope the rest of the dirt will be removed with a carpet cleaner (we have a steam cleaner), but still, it was the only request we made, one that could have easily been met, and it wasn't. With that said, I would still recommend the RealSeal to others. As a realtor, who has referred Perma Seal in the past, I will now add Real Seal to my list.

They did an excellent job adding onto our pergola, it’s seamless. The electrical work was also top-notch. I was annoyed when after a rain storm we went to go use the fans they had put up for me and they weren’t working. They came out to check it out. Turns out it was someone else’s shotty work. But they are fixing it for me, even though it’s wasn’t in the scope of their work (I will of course pay them for that work), but that’s pretty impressive service to come out and work on something that wasn’t your issue. These guys definitely aren’t the cheapest, but I’ve always felt you get what you pay for. Highly recommend!
