I can't recommend Real Seal enough. Theirs is the best customer service I've ever experienced with any company regardless of the business they're in. There's a lot of choices for basement waterproofing, especially in Chicagoland, but this company is a real standout.

The patio cover turned out really nice! The team at Skyline Sunrooms was efficient and meticulous in the design and installation of the cover.

In our case, even though it's expensive to repair foundation cracks in general, RealSeal saved us money and repaired the crack without the additional alternations recommended by another company. The crawlspace to basement conversion was great! The crew clearly knew what they were doing and paid close attention to detail. For such a large project, we had a lot of anxiety going in, but Real Seal went above and beyond to make sure the project went smoothly. Every contractor and inspector who stopped by was also impressed by their work!

If you have a crawlspace want to add square footage to your home (or have a nice new spot to wait out tornados), I highly recommend reaching out to Real Seal about a conversion.

Bob Lambert met with us to discuss what needed to be done ..He was very easy to speak with and so friendly and professional. He also checked back periodically to make sure we were all set. When the day arrived to have the bulkhead replaced Bob confirmed that Regan and Max would arrive between 8-10 am. They arrived on time introduced themselves and got right to the project. They are friendly helpful and answered questions. The bulkhead looks great! Bob was in area and stopped in. Regan sorry if spelling name wrong..She went over a check list and explained everything throughly and asked if I had any questions.. We are so pleased with the finished project and the friendliness and professionalism of Regan and Max .. job well done!! We had 11 windows replaced and the quality of these windows and the great service of the men that installed them was top of the line.
