That you do the best job at cleaning carpet and that the carpet doesn't feel wet afterwards and I'm not left with a mildew smell because the carpet is too wet. And you do well will really bad stains.

Art did a great job. Was early, finished in less than 2 hours, and it was just a really pleasant experience.
Tech showed up on time & complted the work in a timely fashion. His machine broke which was not his fault but he quickly recovered and made arrangements for a replacement machine to be able to finish the job. Overall I'm very pleased with the finished product.
