How nice the carpets looked and how very quickly they dried.

The technician was informative and I was rest assured we weren't using chemicals that would be harmful in our home especially since we are expecting our first baby. The technician was very detailed oriented and even showed me when he was half-way done with the first room (we have white carpet) the difference the cleaning made. In the second room we had clean, unfortunately the "Carolina red clay" type foot traffic staining when you walk in the door seemed to return. The technician did share that the important part of using your service is that we are sanitizing our carpets. Thank you for your service. We were also pleased with the sofa we had cleaned as well.

The individual who came out was very professinoal and the carpets looked great. The only thing I didn't like was the $10.00 service charge that was tagged on right before I booked the appointment. Would recommend your services.

The whole process was efficiently run starting with a friendly voice when I called, a prompt appt next day, technician arriving well within the three window, courtesy and explanation from the the technician, fast work, cleaning was effective and I love the patterning of the cleaning on the stairs and carpet never to be seen again, a friendly goodbye and a paperless invoice system, all done via e mail.. Excellent leading edge technology and service. Well done!

With two children who suffer from allergies and are hyper sensitive, it was nice that there was no scent what-so-ever. They couldn't even tell that anything had happened. The carpet turned out wonderfully as did the tile floor in the kitchen/breakfast area. Justin was incredibly nice and a pleasure to deal with.

Technician showed up on time, was courteous and professional. Took time to point out the difference his process makes when cleaning. I originally contacted Zerorez to clean carpets but was so impressed I had them do the tile flooring in my bathrooms.
