Your technician, Jeffrey, was excellent and efficient. He was also methodical and thorough. The product/process used was very similar to my carpet cleaner in CA and did not saturate the carpet nor did it leave any residue which is always my primary concern. Consequently, I anticipate the cleaning will last longer.
