Your products are fine, I like that they are pet safe. Specifically my rating comes from your technician who came out. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered questions and did his job with a smile. He even seemed truly upset about a few stains that could not be gotten out (which I was unconcerned about).

The inquiry process and initial quote were very easy. I received several communications leading up to the service so I’d know what to expect. The carpet cleaners were very professional, knowledgeable and walked me through everything beforehand, and my carpets look as good as new.
