Scheduling for the appointment was very easy and flexible. They notified my husband 24 hours in advance when they were coming and called the day of the appointment to confirm. Technician was on time and quick. My husband said the technician was courteous and did not try to upsell or charge us for anything we did not want. We paid the exact price that was quoted to us. When I came home that evening, there was a perfect absence of odor in my home. Even my own “home” smell was gone. It was glorious! And it has remaining that way even 3 days later. I didn’t realize how dirty my hallway was until they cleaned it and there were 2 spots on the carpet previously that are now completely gone.
One thing I did not expect was that in a few places, my carpet does have a “crunchy” feeling since being cleaned. I’m sure this is temporary and will diminish once we vacuum a few times. I just just surprised because they claim to use no chemicals, so what made my carpet feel this way? I also anticipated the carpet being fluffier when they were done but this was a minor detail since our home is a very high traffic area and we can only expect so much from a single cleaning.
Overall I am very satisfied with the service and my husband and I have decided to use this company for carpet cleaning once a year to maintain the cleanliness and integrity of our carpets.

Very thorough and professional service! Our carpets have never been so clean even after trying a rug doctor and other treatments with little effect. Zerorez showed up exactly when they said they would and were incredibly efficient. We also really appreciated the zerorez didn’t have to run any waste hoses into our plumbing like some other companies! 10/10 recommend!

It is typically hassle free from beginning to end. The chemical free aspect is an added bonus; especially because we are a healthcare provider's office.

After Zerorez cleaned our carpets, our dog suffered a gastrointestinal illness that left a number of stains in the living room carpet, one of the areas we'd just had cleaned. I tried to clean them but failed. I called Zerorez and explained the situation. The company agreed to send a technician to clean just the living room. It worked out great! Thank you!
