Art did a great job. Was early, finished in less than 2 hours, and it was just a really pleasant experience.
Tech showed up on time & complted the work in a timely fashion. His machine broke which was not his fault but he quickly recovered and made arrangements for a replacement machine to be able to finish the job. Overall I'm very pleased with the finished product.

The service I received from Kevin Horne was some of the best customer service I have ever seen. He called before he came, arrived on time. He then explained the entire process and went to work.. My carpets were cleaner than any other carpet service has ever done.
He worked very hard on some places I had concerns about and the carpet looked brand new when he finished. I was most impressed that once they dried they felt new and did not have that
sticky, crunchy layer on top, They were as soft as they were when i purchased them.
