Kevin called and texted to alert us to his arrival time, was on time, introduced himself, confirmed the price, helped us move the last few furniture items and got to work! Within a few minutes, my wife asked what the price would be to add the stairs? He provided a fast answer and she agreed to the price and increased the scope of work. Kevin worked tirelessly, pretreated dirt spots, and began to cleaning the carpet. He got it done in a short time, gave us final instructions for replacing the furniture once the carpet was dry and collected the money before thanking us for our business and heading off to his next appointment.
The carpets look great! Kevin also recommended that we set up a cleaning once a year to prolong the life of the carpet. We will be scheduling the upstairs to be cleaned soon and would be happy if Kevin came back to do the work. We would recommend Zerorez to friends and family as we are happy with the work, the professionalism of the technician, the price and the quality of the work.
