I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning results I got when my carpets were done in December. Because of their guarantee, they can back out and redid them. I was very satisfied with the 2nd cleaning as I was with my first cleaning. They even got out a red tea stain that happened during the time I waited for them to come back. They are the best. The carpets feel actually clean after the service!! No sticky residue or detergent left over!! I don’t have to worry about my daughter (almost 2yrs) and soon to be born baby crawling around on the floor and getting rashes because all the products are natural!! The smell is amazing and the customer service is second to none!!

Jarrico was fantastic! Called ahead, polite, problem solved by reaching out when met with a few challenges and/or questions, up front and honest , a true asset to Zerorez!
Upon his arrival in freezing temperatures he greeted us kindly. Just before his arrival, we received a call back from a realtor. We informed him we would soon be in meetings with a realtor, signing papers for another house while listing ours,(thus the reason for Zerorez to the rescue), and doing a photo shoot. I'm in the home improvement industry for 20 yrs , seen on HGTV, ect., and know the value of home maintenance. Jerrico was mindful of what was going on and very polite when need of rare interruption of meeting. Being a perfectionist by trade, I inspected EVERYTHING... Well Done! He wished us well and asked for our future business in the new home...we will call in the future and ask for Jerrico to be our technician!!!
