Keven was on time, did a great job and left us with clean carpets. It is the second time in two months that we have had Zerorez clean carpets and both times Kevin did the work. We had our downstairs carpets in June, for graduation party, and the upstairs was done in July. The whole house looks great!
The person who cleaned was very nice and explained what he was doing and how you cleaned the carpet. I think his name was Jason. I showed him some spots left behind my Stanley Steamer and he was able to remove them. I was glad you are chemical free also. I will recommend you to my friends and family. I also thought your prices were fair.
