There is no smell. There were some spots on the floor we thought wouldn't come up but they did.
Your technician called to let me know he was on his way, he was on time, and he did a great job on my rugs and bathroom floors. I have 3 large dogs in my home and the carpets showed that they live in every room!! The carpets and bathroom floors looked great after he finished and he took extra time to make sure all the staining was gone. Thanks for a job well done!

Zerorez got my carpet clean. It hadn't been cleaned in years. Spots and grime are gone. Carpet looks much better. Service Tech was on time, and friendly. Price was as agreed upon,and reasonable. Only problem was equipment. Spray nozzles on wand keep stopping up
and not spraying properly. Took twice as long to clean floors because of having to stop and start to clean nozzles.

A hiccup in our appointment occurred when the tech was a no-show. My husband called management, and the man was humble, understanding, and helpful to resolve the problem, offering a discount when our appointment had to be moved to the next day. The tech, Patrick, who came the next day was very personable and did a great job.
