Your products clean the carpets well and really don't leave residue. I also want to add how very pleased I was with the care and attention that Kriss gave to my job. He is an outstanding employee.

I came home to a like-new carpet. I was on the verge of replacing them, but now I don't have to! Carpet was soft and not stiff like other cleaners. Love it!

The service tech was very friendly, and talked to us about every step he was doing. There was a large stain from police fingerprint dust that we were told by the insurance company probably would not come out. After he treated it and cleaned it, our carpet looks as good as new!

The technician took time to do the job right! Also, I can tell a marked improvement in the carpet as a result of using the "zerorez" method of cleaning. Also, the technician educated me about why my carpet's traffic patterns were so grimy. It seems that the company I had used several times over the years was not getting the soap out of the carpet as thoroughly as they should have. I will use "zerorez" again.
