These services were recommended to us. It was super easy to schedule with no pushing or calling excessively. The folks that came out were not pushy, they only offered extra services. They came in, only did the work I asked of them, and left. They were fast, professional, and efficient.

The pricing is reasonable. Our carpets were extremely dirty. One particular room had old spots that had been there for years due to the room not being used for a while. The company got the spots up and the carpet looks really nice.
The technician also informed me they were running behind and would it still be okay to come. The company used good communication skills in letting us know when to expect their arrival time. I would recommend this company.

ZeroRez did a great job on 10 area rugs. They were on time, great at communication, explained things thoroughly both over the phone and in person. Zerorez's process always gets stains out without using chemicals that encourage dirt and stains to set into carpet. They arrive during their appointment times and communicate well with their customers. I also appreciate that the carpet is mostly dry when the finish and it doesn't take an extended period of time before you can access the areas where they have cleaned. Their staff are always knowledgeable and professional as well.
