i like the non-detergent pre-treatment cleaner. no long lasting chemical smells that usually gave me a headache. the carpets were dry in 3-4 hours. I would have preferred for the water/residue left on my tile floor to have been vacuumed up. it did leave some white powder traces of citric acid and puddles of water. I mopped it up. tile floor does look and feel much cleaner.
