They are more effective than the competition

The tech was prompt and helpful. The floors looked great afterwards. The sofas came out especially week.

No chemicals. Carpet looks like new. Bathroom tile floor grout in master bath looks better than it has in years. Would suggest smaller equipment machine for small bathrooms. Tile floor in small bathroom was not cleaned as well due to large machine. However price was adjusted.

I like the chemical free cleaning option Zerorez provides. After being cleaned, the carpets now have a neutral smell, because they removed odors and didn't leave any harmful chemicals behind. Zerorez was professional, courtesy and on-time.

It was just as promised.. He called about 30 minutes before he came. It only took about an hour to do the 3 rooms and hallway. The job was excellent! I watched as one room was done, the difference was visible immediately. Very satisfied.
