My carpets feel and look so clean! We have a small, aging pet that will sometimes potty in two particular area and you can't even tell there were ever spots there. I'm also pretty amazed at how clean my house smells, too (no pet smells). The citrus-y spot pre-treater smelled awesome. I may get on a regular carpet cleaning schedule! I've used other carpet cleaning companies throughout the years, as well as cleaned them myself with borrowed cleaners and my carpets have never turned out looking or feeling like they do now after Zerorez. The technician was very nice and courteous as well. I've already recommended you guys to others!
