Trey was professional, polite, and fast. My only issue with the company is in the scheduling which I don't fault Trey for. The cable company has a better range of time for an ETA. We scheduled for between 0830 and noon but Trey wasn't able to arrive until 2pm. I think you overbooked him. I will definitely use the service again due to the results (which are outstanding) just please work on the scheduling.
I have technology in my home that creats water with a high ph so I knew the cleaning powers this water has. The carpet looked great and the technition was friendly and professional. The price was fair too. We will use Zerores next time we need our carpets cleaned and will be sure to tell our friends.
