I called on a Friday to make an appointment to have a carpet cleaned after experiencing a type of spill that was likely to cause a permanent, ugly and very visible stain. I could not find any "home remedy" that was sure to be effective, and determined that I needed a professional. The next available appointment in the ordinary course of business was on Tuesday afternoon. When your manager, John, heard about our plight, he made a special trip the next day, Saturday. We were delighted and very appreciative. John determined that the damage, which I had ameliorated with spot carpet cleaner from the supermarket, was by then within the company's routine limits, so he did not charge extra. He also treated the carpet with an "armor" and gave me a bottle of spot cleaner to use in the future, both at no extra charge. John explained and demonstrated everything that he was going to do and did his work neatly and efficiently. He was very friendly and courteous. The company seems to have a good business model and I intend to use it again. I hope that all of the technicians who are not themselves in management have the same expertise and personality as John. I am willing to discuss with you using my story somehow in your advertising, but I am not willing for my name to be shared. Thank you.

No residue

We heard about your company on the Dave Ramsey show and took a chance blindly. Every step
with your company was positive. We had an appointment for Friday morning and we received
a call Thursday afternoon informing us that an accident had occurred causing a shortage of
vehicles and asking if we could reschedule for Saturday. That did not work for us but Monday did. Ironically that had been our first choice. We really appreciated the fact that we were called in advance and every effort made to accommodate our needs. The technician called ahead as we had been told and arrived as scheduled. He was courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. He took extra care on a couple problem areas and made sure even the most difficult to reach areas (i.e. under dressers and beds) were cleaned completely. We were amazed at how good our carpet looked and felt after cleaning as it is very old in most places. It was soft and pleasant smelling, as advertised! We even had several barefoot people comment on it! Amazing! We will definitely use Zerorez again and
recommend the Nashville Zerorez to everyone! We have rarely had a service company provide the level of service and product promised in such a complete way! Thanks and Congratulations!

My first time ever hiring a professional carpet cleaner, was very pleased with the results. Had not originally scheduled tile cleaning but added that after Patrick arrived and so glad I did. The tile is off white and both it and the grout were sparkling afterwards, a huge improvement. Also like the machine that creates dust bunnies and how it gets up the hair and dirt prior to the cleaning.

The gentleman that came to do my service was actually in from Huntsville, AL that day helping the Nashville folks. He was professional and efficient. I was confident that my carpets would be restored to some kind newness, but I could not have guessed they would look so amazing. I told a friend that it was as if instead of cleaning the carpets, he just laid new carpet. I will 100% be using Zerorez again!
