Over All Everything we are very satisfied with our carpets. We had a 700sq foot livingroom and a 400sq foot bedroom pet treated and cleaned and are carpets look awesome. Our Tech was very pleasant and did a quality job "wished I could remember his name" but he gets an A+. We will use zerorez in the future😄

The carpet cleaning job was started and completed within the time window that was scheduled. The service man was courteous and explained what he was going to clean. The cost for the three rooms was just what had been quoted over the phone by the zerores scheduler. This is our first use of the zerores service, and we will see if the cleaning is as advertised.
