The carpet cleaning service was excellent. Another carpet cleaner had told us that the traffic area would not come clean, but your technician got it clean. He said that our problem was a lot of soap residue from the previous cleaning. The technician was very friendly, courteous and knowledgable. He gave us very helpful tips about caring for our carpet. We asked him about different types of carpet and he told us the pros and cons about each. He said our carpet is very high quality. We are so glad we called your company to have it cleaned, rather than replacing our carpet. We heard Dave Ramsey's recommendation and are so pleased that we listened. We will definitely call your company again when we need our carpet cleaned. The technician also gave us some helpful suggestions for cleaning our tile floors and the grout.
