The effecicience and knowledge of the technician. The way he checked the label to make sure the item could be cleaned. Unfortunately my two chairs had a code S which meant Solvent. He informed me that they could not be cleaned with the water solution. Instead of just cleaning them anyway he informed me of the situation and I was able to make a decision not to clean and void my warranty. I appreciated his honesty. The stairs he cleaned and my couch look fantastic.

Very polite service person. The process made a big difference on my carpets, and I can enjoy my home looking at them, and knowing that there are no nasth chemicals in them.
Serviceman was GREAT. Pat him on the back. No odor after he left. Seems to have solved the urine problem he was in and out in no time. Love it.
The service was good and would rate it on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being a very good service.
My problem was that a 9 o'clock appointment turned into an arrival time of 10 o'clock.
A little advice to you. If the prearranged appointment could not be met, show your customer the courtesy of a simple phone call.
I already have passed on some cards. Troy was our technician and he was very nice and courteous. He also did a fantastic job on my carpet for a very reasonable price. My carpets are 12 yrs old and not in the best shape. They had never been professional cleaned and WOW what what a difference. Definitely will call again! Great company! Great job!
