Good contact with technician. Was on time. Went over entire office so that an agreed price was decided on. Did an excellent job.

I loved the completed product however, the sales person on the phone, I don't think accurately explained the pricing and how it works and did not ask who recommended Zero rez. So I was a little shocked when I was told what the final bill was. However, the service tech was awesome.

The customer service is great from the call to book the appointment to the carpet cleaner completing the cleaning of the carpets. I am very happy with how thoroughly they clean the carpets and how environmentally friendly they are by not using chemicals.

This is the only company I will use in my home for carpet cleaning. I have referred them to family members and friends and have only heard good reports back about the service.

So far I have like the fact that chemicals are not used which is strange for me to think works but it seems to work and work well.

Along with the fact there are no chemicals to harm my pets, my carpets have never looked better and I feel they are DEEP down clean!
