I was very impressed with your ease of scheduling, your service tech's knowledge and professionalism and the overall quality of your service. We had a treatment for pet stains/ odor and that has been mostly eliminated, although we will probably calling back to try the level 2 pet treatment to see if that can help wii some lingering odor.
