I like I did not have to spend time to clean my carpet. It looked better after they were done, better and more thorough than when I cleaned it. It's a bit pricy, but the representative earned the fee.

We purchased our home that was built in 2007 & we do not believe the previous owners had every had the carpets professionally cleaned. We were under the impression, with all the spots & dirt embedded in the carpet, they were going to need replacing sooner than later. After Zerorez cleaned our carpets, they look brand new! They were professional & did a great job of explaining the drying time as well & things I could do to speed up the drying process! I would recommend Zerorez to anyone!

Great service, product knowledge and professionalism
Each time I have used Zeroerez I have been pleased with how great my carpet looks. All the spots that I couldn't remove the technician has had no problem removing them . Also the technician was always on time and very curteous and professional.
