Effective cleaning and friendly staff.

great service, your technician wear shoe covers and actually removed them when he had to go outside and the then return. It was quick, efficient, no smell, dried fast. Out carpet was in a terrible shape because we have dogs and looked better than expected when your technician left. Thanks.

Technicians (Sean and Carter) were awesome. Very pleased with the service as well as the end result.

I had 3 synthetic wall-to-wall rugs cleaned and one wool Chinese Oriental area rug. The synthetics came out great and better than the normal steam cleaning. The Oriental ended up with two dark areas after it dried. Another technician showed up the next day to improve those spots. Both technicians were on time, very polite, and really seemed to like what they were doing. I will be using Zerorez again.
