There were several calls and confirmations to insure the appointment was set and the time was good for us. The service tech notified me 30 minutes prior to his arrival and he arrived within the time window. He was friendly throughout the process and even stopped to chat after he was done. The cleaning only took about 40 minutes. Everything I expected and then some.

The cleaning tech, Daniel, was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the cleaning process. It was also nice to receive the complimentary bottle of Empowered Water to help with any future pet stains!
Best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had by far and the cleanest my carpets have ever been (and most of them are almost 20 years old) The technician even removed or significantly lighten stains that were years old that other carpet cleanings had not changed. Jason was willing to help me slide some things out of his way. He gave me options about the furniture in the room - whether to move it or put styrofoam underneath it. He was professional. He went out of his way to explain exactly what he would be doing, how long the drying time was, what I could do to shorten the dry time. He asked me several times if I had any questions. He told me to let him know, interrupt him, if I came up with questions while he was cleaning any of the rooms. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the service, wanted to answer any questions, and make sure I was satisfied with the end result (which I was).
