I like that it has no harsh chemicals. I got the service i requested for a reasonable rate and in a reasonable time. The communication was good and the tech came when expected. He was courteous and polite and did a great job.

My carpet, that was covered in stains (dog pee, drink spills) looks brand new. I love that I didn't have to worry about any harmful chemicals to my children or pet. I was given a reasonable estimate and then an appointment time within two days of my first call.

My carpet is Light Beige and 18 years old. I thought I was getting new flooring, but cannot do it yet. The carpet looks great, I cannot believe how good it looks.

Such a great service and reasonably priced! Our carpets and mats look so much better. The office even smells better. The estimate was quick, easy, and professional. We also read up on process and method zerorez uses and love that it is in fact greener than most services. We plan to have this done at least once a year and have already recommended it to others!
