It cleaned a very dirty carpet. Carter was very professional. He explained each step and got right to work and did a fantastic job. 10 for him also.

Wes was able to get a 7 year old red Kool Aid stain off of the carpet in my son's bedroom. I was very skeptical at first that he would be able to remove this stain, but completely amazed after he was finished! My tile and grout looks as new as when we moved in 13 years ago too! I am planning on Zerorez coming back to clean the rest of our carpets!

The service technician who came out to our home was extremely professional and friendly. Our carpets and grout look great but we would use Zerorez again strictly based on the customer service we received. I am so sorry I do not remember the young man's name because he deserves much appreciation and credit as a fantastic employee.

I have used MANY different service providers in our new home over the last year and some of the individuals that have been in my home not only have been unprofessional but some made me feel downright uncomfortable being left unattended. These individuals work for some of the best known companies in town & are places that I would at least expect a little bit of professionalism from.
