It was easy to request the carpet cleaning online. The scheduler was very pleasant when she called me to book the cleaning, making sure to best fit my schedule. The cleaning tech, Daniel, was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the cleaning process. It was also nice to receive the complimentary bottle of Empowered Water to help with any future pet stains!
