I purchased this 15 year old property thinking I would have to replace the off-white carpet. Seller had carpets cleaned at my request and they still appeared dirty and were "crunchy" and stiff, with nasty gray filtration lines along all the edges. I thought I would give all the radio "hype" about ZEROREZ a try before ripping out the old carpet. I am AMAZED. My carpet looks practically new. The filtration lines are gone, the carpet is actually soft and even smells fresh and clean. All signs of any previous ownership of my home are gone. Alex, the technician, was the most knowledgeable and thorough carpet cleaners I have ever had in my home. He was extremely respectful of my property, taking extra care not to mar the newly painted baseboards while still taking extra pains to remove the filtration lines. I would highly recommend this amazing cleaning process and will never use anything else. Sadly it is not available in every city in the U.S. as my friends in other states are anxious to try it after my experience.

We originally called Zerorez for carpet cleaning ... we were skeptical because the prior 2 companies we'd used weren't to our satisfaction. We were pleasantly and totally surprised with Zerorez. The carpets look beautiful after cleaning-- the technicians are polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and very nice people to have working in our home. And they gave us a bottle of spot-cleaner to keep -- and it works so well on carpets, upholstery -- and I believe all washable fabrics. Then we learned about the other services offered by Zerorez ..they do wonderful power-washing for us: our deck, deck furniture, outdoor mold on gutters/stonework-all looks like new !!!
