The girls that come to help me are absolute Angel's very caring a credit to their profession

I feel overall NND did a fantastic job. I did give some verbal feedback though last week. Two of the people who helped me out during my post op care were fantastic but I was concerned about one of them Susie, who was a very nice lady but she didn’t seem to clean her hands after the bathroom, didn’t pull her mask up when I came into the room and also wore perfume which upset my stomach. All of these things a person who has hired your services after an operation should not be needing to deal with. I’m sure you agree. Secondly I would suggest the person who originally puts your plan together not make any big changes at the last minute and follow through with communication. I was left at the hospital not knowing who was going to pick me up because the woman who drove me there and put my plan together did not text me like she said she would. I had to call from the hospital room to NND to figure it out. It might be best to both text and email, not relying on one form of communication. Otherwise, everything was super. These are things that probably can easily be handled. I would use your services again as well as refer you if it was clear these things would not happen again. All The Best, First name removed

Nurse Next door has friendly and helpful people.

Aways on time, efficient and friendly.

Because the nurse came and got me from the hospital but not only that she made sure I had my medication and food and drink and made sure I made it home into my bed safely.

Nurse #1 ,Mojgan was rude -& unpleasant. She didn't listen. She didn't know how to put on my compression stockings even though we tried to show her the smoothing method, she continued to pinch and pull. Her methods put a hole in 1 stocking, to replace it cost $149

Carol is awesome! She takes pressure off me by setting up my pd machine. I highly recommend her.

Time change’s from 9 to 10am in the morning too late for my morning medicine close to noon time also medicine. They come sometimes at 6 pm l had family dinner that day. Do you go to bed at 6 pm right at dinner. Not enough nurse if one can’t make it because of being Sick. My sling has six straps and only a few know how to use it the rest struggled to figure it out they need training how to put it on correctly.

I’m extremely happy with personnel and services. I’m very thankful.

They really have done everything possible to make my husband’s recovery successful. The one little glitch would be evening schedules where the time is too early for a bedtime regime but it wasn’t very often.

Your best care giver is Carol Pringle. It is because of her that you have a high rating.

we appreciated that we were able secure homecare help with very short notice and also a health care worker who could provide transportation.

Please arrange one nurse works from Monday to Friday each week.

I'm sorry to say that the language barrier was the most challenging part of having Nurse Next Door for my husband. He has hearing challenges and found it almost impossible to understand his care giver. The mask doesn't help, of course.
She was a good worker and did all that I asked, but leaving my husband for 4 hours with someone he couldnt understand was too much.
Of course, she has now resigned .

My nurse who came to help my grandfather was so compassionate and caring. Really listening to our very unique situation.

The staff is kind caring and pleasant.

I have found the ladies who service my cycler machine very efficient and helpful. They have always been cheerful on arrival greeting us warmly and getting right down to business loading the machine and ensuring that everything is okay. I have been most impressed with their abilities and also that they communicate with the PD department in hospital when necessary.
I also appreciate the schedule that is made available to us giving the estimated times of the nurses arrival. That is helpful in planning our days activities.

One “nurse” regularly (on the weekends only!) doesn’t show up. I have lodged Many complaints with Nurse Next Door. They are So desperate for workers, there are no repercussions for problems with staff. In a “caring for people” business, it’s unacceptable. And, it leaves clients seriously in jeopardy.

I am quite happy with the help I am getting from Nurse Next Door.
