It is a good service but we find that sometimes the nurse comes over an hour early and we are not ready for her. Would appreciate a call from the nurse if she is going to be that much earlier than the scheduled appointment.

The reason for my high approval rating is the quality of the nurses making the daily rounds and also the up to date notices of the attending nurses. This information is helpful in planning the days activities.
