I feel I was over charged for the pick up and delivery to my door. It was a $20 taxi ride in the morning.
In the afternoon it was $400 for the same distance and escort - someone drove me to the door.
I never received a receipt for my ride on July 7. Today, July 19 I was sent an invoice for over a $1000.
While I appreciate that an RN would need to be compensated for doing RN work _ since I am an RN myself.
I feel taken advantage of by the Nurse Next Door service. I would not recommend the service to anyone else.

Your people were inexperience and unhelpful . Nurse next door is a misnomer as these people are not nurses and not even LPN s

Appreciate having the support with my elderly father on a cycler dialysis machine. However this is still only the 2nd week of service.
One employee does need to take more care of removing and disposing of the dialysis liquid. She did spill it on the bathroom floor and mat. Someone who is elderly does not need to have excess liquid on a vinyl floor or have time and strength to mop it up, or wash the mat.

Both of them are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It is difficult having to depend on people coming into your home everyday. Both ladies make me feel comfortable and I have never seen either of them in a bad mood. They are both a pleasure to interact with.

Your saving grace in our case was the most recent, of many, caregivers you found for us. She was awesome and always went above and beyond for my husband (now deceased). Other than that, previous caregivers were sloppy, inconsistent and your planning people need a geography lesson. Ridiculous waste of gas because they don't know that they have nearby people who could fill in and simply send someone from hundreds of kilometers away.
