Instructions about entering complex are not pass along clearly.
Nurse took off after hearing a dog barking which was locked inside.
This is my first to have this service and I am happy that Carol arrives on time and she is always there to fill in. It is always good to have a nurse who lives in the same area where I live. Thank you and I am looking forward to your services throughout this year.
Your best asset is one caregiver named Carol Pringle. She gives your company the reputation and the rating. Unfortunately I doubt Carol received any feedback from management for her excellent performance

The women who assist me are extremely dedicated, helpful, kind, caring and patient. The weather has been horrible, with snow and black ice lately, and yet they have never missed a day or even been late.

I find my nurses to be extremely helpful , very friendly and always on Time . Even if they’re going to be a few minutes late they will message me and let me know . The extra help is so much easier and makes my life so much better . Thank you for everything
Service person good and your customer service is good
The nurse did not offer to stay with me after we arrived home. I understood that the nurse would supervise me for an hour or more to make sure I was okay and that I understood my medications. She just dropped me off and asked me if I needed anything else but did not insist that she supervise my installation at home. I paid for a flat rate fee for three hours of time, but received less than two hours of attention. The service was not what was originally explained to me.
This is due to the timings. The nurses coming are efficient and kind. I have good
opinion and no regrets.

All the workers are knowledgeable and competent. All are presentable however some stand out more then others.

The nurse are the best
The score is because my experience has been mixed. You sent someone who not only had not been vaccinated but did not even have an appointment to get vaccinated. This was very wrong.
The supervisor was a no show twice. The first no show she cancelled 20 minutes before she was to be here to introduce the caregiver. The caregiver came on her own.
The second time she cancelled 20 minutes after she was to be here. Very unprofessional.
Tess is here 4 nights a week and I am very happy with her. She is reliable and John is comfortable with her.
I had Cecilia coming twice a week but John was never comfortable with her. I know she meant well but said things that were inappropriate. She asked him if he wanted her to wipe his bottom! Yikes. He is a distinguished gentleman who has use of the hands and arms, not a 2 year old. He told me when I am not there she suggests things that he knows are not right (other than the bottom incident). I repeatedly told her to only do what she was asked to do if I am out but I know he was not happy so cancelled her days.
So I would be cautious recommending NND. The supervisor was a very poor representative of your organization as she was unreliable.
This is an expensive service and you should deliver what is being paid for. If there is to be a supervisor there for an introduction then show up on time and be sure care aides are fully vaccinated.

Good staff
The friendly approach by the nurses who are greeting us with a smile and also the service from the office staffs who keep us advised of who is calling and when changes in the personnel are required.
Everybody has been so helpful and so accommodating . Before I started I bought off all the help because I didn’t think I needed it but I’m sure glad the hospital has convinced me to accept this help it has been just amazing and it’s helping my life to get back on track a little bit to anyways with all the problems . And once again the girls are so helpful . Also very pleasant to talk to in the morning.
My care giver was punctual, friendly and helpful.
The caregivers come on time, ask you what is needed to be done, and if you had your medications yet. If not, they will wait until you had it.
They have taken very good care of my husband since he came out of the hospital.
Very caring nurses and professional staffing.
Can’t keep the schedule time give or take with in one or two hours and not enough nurse to cover if needed more service. You need extra spare nurse to cover.
I can't speak for the other nurses but my nurse Carol is wonderful.
The excellent timing. We were scheduled for 7:00 sm and only once did we get a call saying that they would be late., we appreciated that call . No one else did that or gave us the exact time they would come. We could depend on our girl who was very professional and efficient. Thank you Sia!
