The care I receive from my nurses goes above n beyond. People like Jody and Kavita make me feel truly valued and heard. They go out if their way to make sure I'm always in the best care. The leave our home in a respectful and clean manner, follow protocol as I was taught, always make sure that my care is updated prescription on file. My entire family enjoys these two ladies the most as well as Eden and Verna. They are very honest and reliable and help strengthen my faith in our health care system n my hope for my health to improve. Empathy is key in this job and these ladies embody it.

I do however have a few complaints as well scheduling all over is ridiculous to occur so often n dustrubtion at times of treatments. Never having a frist assessment visit in person or over the phone. Having mostly email updates sent of schedule n no phone call is unexceptable. Supervisor wellness assment check ins every 3 months should be a mandatory practice. Not Having a staff supervisor who raises moral for clients and staff does not look well or bring confidence to your company and lack of her communi

They scored well on all levels., would certainly tell others to go for the service.

I was pleased with the excellent service that all home care aids provided ... and also they were all very friendly. They were all amazing with the help they gave me as I recover from a very serious knee infection.

I like Judy and we seem to work well together. the only reason its an 8 is that she can not drive and I had asked for someone who could.

The nurses are kind and polite. They know their stuff and they are very knowledgeable

she was amazing from surrey the other one was the same.

In fact, my reason for giving 10 because of Mojgan who is excellent care designer and Sia, Luis and whoever works under Mojgan supervision!

There is another care designer name Britney who is a very rude, emotionless and NO compassion about old people or whoever needs her help.

My dad who lives with my mom need lots of support from next next door and anytime I ask for help from Britney she hurts my feeling and makes my mom cry.
The only my reason for score 10 is Mojgan care designer, and we are so lucky we have her, thinking if she wasn’t there what we could do.

The staff's skills are not professional. She is usually making floor and toilet wet. Client is worried to fall in one day.
