Consistency of service. Your best care giver, in my opinion, is Carol Pringle. I've been on PD for 10 years, and I have not seen a better performer than Carol Pringle.

They are amazing and so helpful . I’ve heard a couple stories about other nurses that aren’t as good as mine and people tell me I wanna nurse lottery because mine is so good to me

Quick response when we urgently needed help. Care was good. Some were much better qualified than others but all were charged at the same rate.
Cost was too high for us to continue with the care.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

Despite giving the full address on the initial call and follow up call the nurse who picked me up was still not give the full information on the pick up point or the procedure I was having done. As a result pick up was late. It seems like the nurse next door information collection and communication procedures are not adequate. Other than that the service was fine.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

All the nurses are so wonderful! They are on time and gentle and have great work ethic. I am grateful for the help I had in Whistler right after my ski accident and I don't know how I would have managed otherwise, especially that slow patient drive to and from the clinic! It is nice to have home-cooked meals and to be able to have someone do all the little things I won't be able to do for awhile. Thank you for providing this service. I am highly recommending Nurse Next Door.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

There was no communication with me at all. A session for educating home help staff on managing tube feed & pump device was organized for staff to come to my home on my home arrival day. I was told the plan after my arrival home at 08:30 am teacher, a dietician to arrive with 7 staff members at 13:00. It included Nurse Next Door, onewho left after session stating

Tiffany. She was unprofessional and I have said this before and nothing has changed as she is still a supervisor at your company and nothing was ever done to compensate me or make up for her conduct.

Please remember she twice a no show! The first time she cancelled 20 minutes or so before she was to arrive at 9 pm for a first time visit with a new caregiver.

The second time Tiffany was a no show for another first time visit and this time she called to cancel about 20 minutes after she was to be at my home!

I could never recommend your agency because of Tiffany.

What if I cancelled on caregivers within an hour of them scheduled arrive? I believe you would charge me.

Did you provide ant sort of credit for Tiffany’s no shows? A proper apology. No.

I am a financial supporter of Ken Sims but could not recommend Nurse Next Door to my friends as the supervisor was unreliable.
