My sister and I would like to express our sincere appreciation for all the care and caring Issa has given to our Mom. Her communication and follow up during and after every shift was amazing. She also patiently helped, via a facetime call with Telus, to get my Mom's landline working. Now that's going above and beyond, and we were very thankful she could do that for us. We'd also like to thank all the administration staff for their assistance scheduling Issa, and for accommodating all our last minute changes. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time. It's been great working with all of you, and would definitely reach out again if we need your service.

My husband First name removed was well cared for while I was at our son's wedding and he had someone to talk to that could talk back and listen and he was very happy when I got home and told me he liked the "man"--he called him the man in every sentence and couldn't remember Gilbert's name which surprised me, but the experience for First name removed was great and I was so thankful that all went well as I will be needing your service again soon. I'm just waiting for my daughter to give me the date of her son's upcoming 4th birthday!!!! I think it will be some time around the end of August so there is plenty of time to book the appointment. There have been times in the past that First name removed has not related well to a care giver and this was really special that he got along so well with his caregiver!!! The professional and skilled workers were amazing to work with.

We have been blessed with great support - and our current nurse (Bruna) is incredible on a lot of levels. Really puts our minds at ease with our parents in such good hands.

There have been a crazy amount of project manager changes during our experience with NND - but as a rule these have been handled without any issue, although it would be better to have me and others on our account advised of this, whatever the reason. We often hear from our parents who aren't the best with details these days. So that would be helpful.
