The caregivers were very good to my mother. She benefited a lot from their care and companionship. Plus the staff were available the 2 hours in the morning and the 2 hours in the evening when she needed them. As my mother's needs grew the staff were available.

It was great that once or twice they could get her to a medical appointment using a cab she paid for.

They made her tea, took her for little walks, and best of all listened to the stories she would tell sometimes. They did the things that needed doing when the family was either too far away or working.

The service is eficient & the care aides have all been very pleasant to have come into our home.

You keep us up to date on our loved ones care and the care client is doing very well all things considered!

On a couple occasions it was easier for her to come to the hospital to see me to give me a injection and she was willing to help me out.
