Wendy’s choice in bandaging were especially fascinating. She put a lot of thought, expertise and care into the goodies she put in her bag so that we would get the best of treatments.

We have only been using Nurse Next Door for a couple of weeks so it is a bit early to tell, but so far we are very satisfied and the communication has been good. We had used Nurse Next Door previously many years ago and the communication was very poor which is the main reason we stopped using the service.

The people who provide the service are stellar.

We only know your services through one person/representative, but have been more than happy with her and her support.

I have received personalized service from Beth Williston that has taken my friend in care from extreme reluctance to any companion arrangement to now having 14 hours a week. The companions are carefully matched to my friend's needs.

Mom's acceptance of the service mostly. She didn't feel the same about Fraser Health services. I appreciate that NND will do cleaning and shopping as well.

Service meets my Mum's current needs. Plus there is the ability to scale up if necessary i.e. service is flexible. Care providers are caring, prompt and don't need much direction. Having a vehicle to drive my Mum for her errands is very important. My Mum is happy with the service.

Friendly helpful assistance with my needs. Nice to have people to chat too when no one has time. Very good skils.

Depends upon the personality match between the care provider and the client for ongoing services. After a couple of sessions, with others, we ended up with the perfect match for our mom. We are very happy.
