I have been going to Precision Tune for many, many years and they have always been very friendly, very professional and do quality work. This last visit they replaced front struts even though it was lunchtime so I could safely go out of town the next day. I highly recommend Precision Tune in El Cajon.

I really appreciate the effort Josh and the staff put into my concerns about the brakes on my car. Josh noted that the mechanic who inspected the brakes didn't see anything wrong with them, so he took the car out himself to test them. He didn't find them "soft" (my description).

The young lady working the front was very nice...not frumpy or anti-social like at a lot of automotive shops. The work was completed within the timeframe I was told it would be.
