We had an oil change. Service was fast, easy and affordable. The service tech and the front desk staff (India) were very friendly.
I was thankful that we got our car inspected really fast and we didn't even have an appointment.
My turn signal was not working. I knew it was not the bulb therefore I needed to have someone who could further diagnose the problem and after looking at the reviews of Precisions web site I choose to call, and they were able to take me in the following morning on a busy Saturday. There was little wait time, everyone was friendly a professional.
It was a wire connection that was the problem.

My plan was to just schedule an appointment for an oil change and brake inspection, not planning to have it done that day. Jonathan was able to schedule it that same day along with a needed brake replacement. It was nice to be able to get everything completed that day.

Shirley is so helpful and kind. I love that she texted pictures and was very clear in what work was recommended. Never did it feel pushy. In fact, sharing they likely don’t have the best prices on tires but were happy to install for us if we wanted to get some shipped to the shop. We’ve had our vehicle serviced a couple of times at this shop and each time has been a very positive experience.

I have been a customer of Precision Tuning in New hope for years but I recently moved to Burnsville. Since I needed an oil change I decided to stay with the shop in Apple Valley.
It was so nice to meet Mark and I do plan on coming back if I need more work done.
