The mechanics are very knowledgeable and helpful. I've only ever had positive experiences. Oil changes are quick and easy. They recently replaced the tire air pressure sensors in all 4 tires and it was better out the door pricing than I was originally quoted. They had to be ordered through the dealership so I was expecting to pay more for that. All this to say, that Precision is always my go to for servicing. Thanks for what y'all do to make repairs and maintenance easy.

You have or had a guy named Johnny who worked at the shop in Garner. His customer service and honesty were the best I've ever experienced in any business. I've been a faithful customer for approximately 16 years because of him. You built a shop in Clayton which is where I have lived for the last 16 years, so I started going to that one for approximately two years. I have no complaints and have no intention of going to another business. Their service is great and I find Precision Tune's prices to be equal or better than other businesses.
