When I called Precision Tune Auto to inquire about services needed for my Tundra, within 2 rings the phone was picked up by the nicest and most helpful gentleman named Larry. He explained how the services would go and the prices for each service. I was able to get an appointment for the following day!
Then when I arrived at my appointment I was greeted by Ann, also an amazing person.
All in all I was very impressed with the service and customer service I received!

The front end associates - Megan and John - provided great customer service throughout my visit. More specifically, Megan provided me with frequent updates on my vehicle so I could be informed about what was taking place throughout the repair process.
The technician, Bethany, was very knowledgeable about addressing the specific issues my vehicle was having, and she quickly did the repairs and updated me (message sent via Megan) about the suggested "next steps" for future maintenance and repair. I really appreciate the team members here, and how they go above and beyond to provide such excellent service!

The manager (Trev) was outstanding. Saw issues that were there and even took pictures of it. He fixed them before it became a bigger problem. Attention to detail and good customer service. It's all I ask for, and he delivered. I love the recommended service options for future visits to keep my car running stress free for years to come. Mind you, these are above the OEM maintenance plan where dealers want bad things to happen. There's a reason why dealerships make so much more in repairs than selling cars. There is also a lot of turn over in the auto repair industry. Precision Tune Auto Care....what keeps customers coming back is great service and great leadership. Treat your employees well. Pay them well. And they will in turn go the extra mile. Don't lose this manager.
