Office manager was prompted on handling my issues. He scheduled towing service within an hour. Diagnostic test was performed as soon as my vehicle was dropped off. Estimate was given and explained. Reasonably price and work done in a timely manner. Thank you for everything.

I was able to stop in and have the annual state inspection done while I waited. They provided the coffee and I had a book and the 45 minutes flew by. The place is very neat with lots of light and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Precision Tune is highly efficient, courteous, and always has time to answer questions. The Precision price point is right on target. Things have gotten so expensive, but Precision holds the line with specials so you stay on track with regular and seasonal maintenance.

Everytime I pull up, I'm noticed and regardless of who it is the employee meets me at my vehicle. More times than not my vehicle is taken immediately in. Inside at the same familiar faces check me in. It feels like I'm visiting with old family and I'm able to enjoy this visit because my service and vehicle inspection are being done quickly and correctly. These are both always reviewed at checkout. If either you or an employee feel you need to see something on the vehicle you'll be safely guided to it, shown, and guided back. You can choose to complete most repairs, schedule or decline. Any urgency in the repair is made know without any unnecessary pressure to complete. The entire experience is quick and consistent and before you know it you're moving on to the next thing of your day.
